IT Operations Lead

**Primary Purpose of Position**:
The IT Coordinator will be the internal customer service for software and hardware, acting as the link between our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) and our end-users. In this role, the IT Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of PDI’s IT Systems by closely managing our technology vendors to ensure they are meeting or exceeding our expectations. Specifically this will involve working closely with our Managed Services Provider along with most SAAS, software, and hardware vendors to monitor their performance and be the internal advocate for Priestly’s requirements. This position is not expected to solve technical issues, but rather coordinate with the MSP and software vendors who will provide the technical knowledge. This position will require an individual who thrives on relationship building, exceeding customer’s expectations and finding opportunities to continually improve the business.

Job Duties
Work closely with Priestly’s Managed Service Provider on all ongoing projects and regular assignments, including, but not limited to, the following specific areas of engagement:
Ticket Management, including hands-on hardware support & basic troubleshooting at the office
Overall MSP Oversight
IT Security (KnowB4)
System Infrastructure (Physical & Cloud)
Hardware Procurement
Microsoft Licensing
Phone System Management
Security
Create and maintain IT process documentation, with the goal of continuously improving our systems
Build relationships both internally and externally to improve IT Systems and support these systems through activities such as visiting project sites, finding and advocating for technology solutions, training users on best practices, etc
Manage hardware inventory
Assist with IT procurement processes, including ordering from vendors, creating purchase orders and tracking orders
Play a key role in project implementation for new systems, software, etc
Provide recommendations for technology improvements
As technology changes constantly, this role is expected to evolve over time
**Requirements**:

Proficient with iOS for phones & iPads and Microsoft 365 environment are required
