**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning**: Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- **Issue Tracking**: Identify and document project risks and issues, and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial limits.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and suggest enhancements.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in project coordination within the construction or real estate development industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project and construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Working towards PMP certification actively or holding PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
