Your job Take calls from clients Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans) Listen to clients' needs and offer personalized solutions Help clients use our banking applications Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you'll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.
