**Job Title: Fibre to the Home (FTTH) Project Superintendent**
**Location**: Durham, ON

**About Us**: EHtel is a leading provider of telecommunications services, dedicated to delivering high-speed internet and innovative solutions to our customers. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a dynamic and experienced FTTH Project Superintendent to join our team.
As an FTTH Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of Fibre to the Home projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of FTTH projects from initiation to completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field equivalent
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with Construction and Field Work
Strong understanding of FTTH technology and deployment processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

SES - 72,000.00 - 84,000.00
Pay: $72,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
