Overview:
The Commercialization Analyst will work directly for the Commercialization Manager to support the Commercialization team and execute projects related to:

- New product innovations
- Existing product changes (ex. Pricing or weight changes)
- Raw Materials Transitions
- Manufacturing location changes
- Packaging changes and promotions
- Product Master Data maintenance

**Responsibilities**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Canadian & US Capacity Submission Administration
- Facilitate all communication to broader Supply Chain team (Site Planners, Material Leads and Regional Ordering Team) for upcoming product changes
- Business Proposal Launch Readiness Review & Call (Business Proposal Lock - Commercialization)
- Prime Mover for US product required Business Proposal
- Support Collaboration meeting
- Represent Supply Chain at all taskforce meetings
- Maintain active list of all projects through Commercialization file
- Leverage Cornerstone to keep projects on-track
- New Product Import/Export
- Identify and execute with Co-Mans for feasibility and production readiness/planning
- Cross dock lead from a SC perspective to ensure seamless transition from feasibility to execution

Qualifications:
Education and work experience:

- BA degree in an applicable discipline
- Previous experience in supply chain operations or previous experience in project management - strong asset
- Systems administration experience - preferred
- Master Data management experience - preferred

Knowledge and skills:

- Understanding of the Frito Lay or related industry commercialization process and role within the organization
- Knowledge of common project management principles and tactics
- Experience in facilitating groups or leading training
- Technical competency and understanding of supply chain systems an asset
- Detail and results oriented with strong execution skills partnered with intellectual curiosity
- Energized by continuous changes with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities on tight timelines
- Ability to coach and develop talent
- Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Cornerstone (Oracle OPLM) or equivalent functionality and usage
- Working P&L knowledge helpful
