**Job Overview**
**Location**: Based near Durham - Travel within 30 minutes expected (paid travel time beyond that as well as between daily jobs)

**Job Type**: Part-time / Flexible Schedule, must be able to work weekends

**Compensation**: Competitive - Based on experience and availability

Watra Property Management is seeking a **dependable, extremely detail-oriented cleaner** who takes pride in consistently delivering **exceptionally high standards of cleanliness**. We manage a variety of properties and we’re looking for an individual who can keep our units looking their absolute best.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform thorough **pre-move-in cleans** to ensure homes are spotless and tenant-ready for our rentals
- Handle **Airbnb turnover cleaning**, including restocking and laundry
- Tackle **odd jobs** and light property upkeep as needed
- Assist with **basic landscaping and outdoor clean-up tasks when required**:

- Adapt to a **flexible schedule**, including availability on **weekends when required for Airbnb turnovers**:

- **Travel to properties** within 30 minutes of our office (travel paid beyond that window as well as between jobs daily)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Extremely reliable** with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
- **Impeccable attention to detail,** the ability to notice the little things
- Ability to work **independently** and manage your own time on-site
- Comfortable with **physical tasks**, both indoor and outdoor with an ability to do some ladder work (i.e cleaning windows)
- Owns a **reliable vehicle** and willing to travel to multiple job sites
- Legally able to work in Canada and obtains a clean criminal record
- Ability to tackle any task from light cleaning to deep cleans
- Previous cleaning experience preferred - especially in Airbnb or property management settings

Pay: $20.78-$23.05 per hour
