As a **Snow Shoveler & Salting Crew Member**, you'll be on the front lines battling the elements—clearing sidewalks, entryways, and pedestrian areas to ensure safe access for businesses and customers. Every snowfall is a new mission, and we need hardworking team player

**Schedule**:

- Shifts are **on-call**, varying based on weather conditions (8-16 hour shifts).
- **Must be available 24/7**, including weekends and holidays, and be able to respond to dispatch on short notice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Power through snow and ice using shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing materials.
- Keep sidewalks, stairs, and parking lots safe and slip-free.
- Stay on call and ready to roll out for early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
- Work efficiently in cold, snowy, and sometimes extreme weather conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and your team.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to get the job done right.

**Qualifications**:

- Class G licence is preferred but not required.
- Must have a cell phone with minutes and data.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours.
- Can work independently and as a team.

Pay: $22.50-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
