Marketing and Client Acquisition Coordinator

**Job Overview**
Ultimate Care Agency is looking for a results-driven **Marketing & Client Acquisition Coordinator** to lead our efforts in attracting new clients and expanding our presence in the community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, building relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to grow our healthcare services. While the primary focus is on marketing and client acquisition, some operational support will also be required to ensure smooth service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development**
- Develop and execute strategies to **generate new client leads** and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Actively **network and attend events** to promote our services and establish relationships with referral sources.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct consultations, and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.
**Marketing & Brand Awareness**
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage social media accounts, website updates, and digital advertising to **boost visibility**.
- Plan and coordinate community outreach initiatives and promotional events.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Operational & Administrative Support**
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating caregiving staff as client demand increases.
- Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- **Proven experience in marketing, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in healthcare or service industries.**:
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Ability to **close deals and convert leads into clients**.
- Experience in organizing events and community outreach is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
