Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate ongoing commitment to meet customer needs.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
Address and resolve customer concerns and problems in a timely manner.
Review and Complete Repair Orders:
Review repair orders with customers, ensuring clear understanding of services required.
Estimate cost and time for service and repairs accurately.
Ensure the final invoice matches the estimate provided and that the vehicle is delivered on time.
Operate computerized work order systems efficiently.
**Requirements**:
Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
Basic math and keyboarding skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor (preferred).
3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary range: $42,000.00 - $73,169.63 per year.
Benefits: Dental care, extended health care, life insurance, store discount.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts.
Supplemental Pay Types:
Commission pay.
