**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Structural Steel Fabricator** with **3+ years of hands-on experience** in fabricating beams, columns, and other structural steel components. This role requires strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, reading drawings, and ensuring precise assembly of structural members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Read and interpret **blueprints, fabrication drawings, and structural details**.
- Measure, cut, layout, and fabricate **beams, columns, and frames** to specifications.
- Use fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, torches, drills, grinders, and punches.
- Perform tack welding and assist welders when required.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the welding team and site team to ensure accurate fit-up and assembly.
- Follow health and safety procedures in the shop and on-site.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Structural Steel Fabricator.
- Strong skills in **fabrication, measuring, and layout work**.
- Ability to read and interpret structural/fabrication drawings.
- CWB or equivalent fabrication/welding certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
