**The Role**

This position is responsible for supporting various business units and performing a variety of functions related to the renewal of a mortgage, both mid-term and at maturity.

This role involves working collaboratively with internal business units and sub-servicing lenders to ensure compliance with MCAP guidelines and procedures.
- Process Renewal Offers for MCAP and our Subservicing Lenders
- Create Renewal Offers upon request for MCAP and our Subservicing Lenders
- Ensure all documents required to complete renewal of a loan are received
- Escalate issues timely to Manager on complex files when approvals are necessary to proceed to next steps
- Complete health-checks to ensure loans renewed correctly
- Works on backdates, investor daily report repairs
- Work cooperatively with other departments to complete tasks
- Take part in Renewals related projects
- Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures
- Obtain necessary approvals according to authority matrix
- Work to ensure best practices in operations for all books of business
- Always ensure a high level of service excellence

**What You Bring To The Team**
- 2+ Canadian Banking experience or other Financial Services experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and in a timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
- Demonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objectives
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Broker industry is an asset.
- Previous administration experience is an asset
- High School degree (or equivalent)
