If you’ve got what it takes to be a natural leader, trainer and coach with a proven track record in the automotive industry than this is your opportunity to join us. **About the role**: Working directly with the General Sales Manager, the Sales Lease & Retention Manager will be responsible for overseeing and promoting new lease opportunities, and lease renewals. Alongside the rest of Sales Manager team, the Sales Lease & Retention Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Sales Department **Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**: - Overall responsibility for all aspects of tracking upcoming lease and retail renewal opportunities for all lending sources, with a particular focus on the Tricor portfolio. - Report on renewal percentages and performance. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive record keeping system for leases, accepted or not, the volumes, payment information and other data - Ensure all necessary lease documents are provided and signed appropriately - Assess and resolve issues of credit extensions or take repossession decisions as appropriate - Provide input to lease forecasting (monthly, annual) and help in defining trends etc. - Ensure store sales targets in volume and gross are attained - Respond to all vehicle customer complaints and maintain adequate records of all transactions - Assist with both new and used vehicle deals; assist sales representatives as required - In concert with the General Manager, develop and implement advertising and promotions as required **Requirements**: - Strong computer proficiency - 3 years’ Automotive Lease and Sales experience / management experience - A valid AB driver’s license and a clean abstract - AMVIC license **Some of the rewards of joining our team**: - Exceptional benefits package - Pension Plan with employer contributions - free money - Employee Assistance Program including, Financial Advisory Services, Nutritional Counselling, Legal Advisory Services, Counselling Services, fitness program, and more - Corporate rates at YMCA and Goodlife Fitness - Group social events and company perks. **Our unique culture**: Are you the kind of person who wants to make a difference in their community, and build a solid career with a growing organization?
