**Job description**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Receivable specialist will be responsible for the complete cycle of Accounts receivable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire order to cash process including customer invoicing.
- Reconcile accounts receivable on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for remittance and collections of customers payments.
- Contact customers randomly, while focusing on the customer experience in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process and post payments to customer accounts
- Manage customer master records, including price list, item master
- Miscellaneous finance support duties

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree is an asset.
- ERP experience is required.SAP Business Solution is an asset.
- 4+ years of proven accounts receivable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently to complete responsibilities and tasks for role
- Strong math aptitude required with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, show good judgment and possess excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Customer/Client focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 60,000 to 80,000 depending on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
