We currently have an opportunity for a **Financial Services Manager** to join our team. We offer a market leading compensation package with a continual process and product training to our employees.

**Responsibilities/Abilities**

The Financial Services Manager is:

- Responsible for working alongside General Sales Manager and sales team to maximize dealership profit margins (front and back), meeting established targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accountable to successfully complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses
- Able to work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions according to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
- Able to conduct a thorough credit interview process and liaising with lenders
- Able to obtain and review Credit Bureau’s with the customer(s) / applicant(s)
- Able to develop creative solutions for approvals including deal structure;
- Accountable to monitor lending portals (with respect to credit decisions)
- Responsible to offer and provide asset and financial protection products i.e. extended warranties, GAP insurance, life insurance, accident, and health, etc.
- Able for meeting established K.P.I.s (Key Performance Indicators) of the Financial Service Manager
- Responsible to collect all lender required supporting documentation
- Responsible to complete all required documentation to complete the vehicle sale (cash or finance) and to submit documentation to lenders for funding
- Must monitor contracts in transit daily to ensure all deals are funded quickly
- Responsible to address and resolve customer concerns and complaints (escalating to other management when appropriate)
- Responsible to maintain positive relationships with Management, team members, other departments, lenders and third parties while adhering to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
- Other duties may be assigned as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience in automotive sales or finance
- Proven track record of success (meeting or exceeding established targets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, individually and as part of a team
- Ability to interpret the information provided by the Credit Bureau and assess risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent work ethic and integrity
- Flexible and adaptable, able to change priorities quickly and innovative thinking within the framework of Company policies, procedures and best practices
- Other languages spoken considered an asset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- automotive finance: 2 years (preferred)
