It's about how human ingenuity combined with technology and experience to deliver faster, more intelligent, and better outcomes while building trust. With that in mind, we are currently seeking a qualified Fleet Dispatcher based out of our Mississauga terminal.
- Minimum of 2-year experience as a Fleet Dispatcher
- Expertise in managing multiple projects.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to resolve issues with drivers, colleagues, etc.
- Trained in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Plan and distribute workload to maximize utilization of assets and hours of service.
- Manage outbound and inbound freight goals.
- Book LTL and FTL shipments.
- Schedule and route freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide timely customer communications and freight tracking.
- Available for some after hours on-call work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $39,243.70-$66,052.70 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
