**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with our company’s values and business goals.
- Ensure employees are properly onboarded and receive necessary training.
- Employee Relations and Administration:

- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns and address issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation in line with company policies.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation are maintained in compliance with company standards.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Guide management on HR-related decisions and provide counsel on employee relations matters.
- Performance Management and Reviews:

- Coordinate performance reviews and assist managers with performance improvement strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues, always ensuring a fair, structured, and transparent process.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Skills:

- A strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Conservative business approach, with the ability to align with a professional, performance-oriented workplace culture.
