**Position Description**

Founded by Dr. Charles F. Stanley in 1977, In Touch Ministries is a Christian non-profit organization that produces and distributes Christian content. Our content spans mediums such as: magazines, radio and television broadcasts. Our mission is to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to strengthen the local church.

**MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In Touch Ministries of Canada is looking for a permanent, Full-Time Associate Director. We are looking for a well-rounded team player who has strong organizational skills, and pays close attention to details. You will work closely with and report to the Executive Director. This role also relies heavily on the computer; thus, the individual should have a firm command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The essential duties include, but are not limited to: reporting/analysis, office leadership, training, learning all the functions of the ministry and our computer system, along with various administrative tasks like reporting, data entry, communications, website administration, and answering phones and planning of events.

- Authentic relationship with Jesus Christ

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated individual who works well in a team as well as individually
- 2-3 years working in similar role

**HOURS**

Your schedule will revolve around our operating hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We also have special events that may require some work outside core hours.
