**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- The go to person for monitoring field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective manner
- Supervising to ultimately ensure a safe operation of our industrial cleaning equipment
- Attends scheduled supervisor and safety meetings, ensures adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures, and maintains on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines.
- Building productive and loyal relationships with clients by providing quality services, communicating the status of the job regularly and escalating any issues to leadership
- Responsible for project scheduling and deployment for various projects across numerous client sites
- Providing guidance for new employees making sure they are well informed, aligned and accountable
- Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done
- Other duties as assigned
**Role Specifications**:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in industry related role
- Class 3 license with a clean drivers abstract is required
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- You have experience in supervising a team of four or more individuals
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills

- You have an uncompromising belief in **teamwork** that allows you to effectively collaborate with others while supporting the goals of the business
- You **lead by example**, having the ability to articulate the business vision, strategy and service capabilities to all levels inside and outside the organization
