We currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative.**This role is based out of our **Oakville office**and will report to the Customer Service Manager.

**Job Summary**

IPEX is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage multiple accounts, collaborate across departments, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. **Principal Responsibilities**

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, technical support, and order status.
- Resolve service issues, delays, and disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and track customer orders via EDI, fax, and phone using our ERP system.
- Verify pricing, terms, and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor back-orders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution teams.
- Prepare accurate quotations and provide technical support using IPEX resources. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Qualifications & experience**

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a desired asset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues patiently and effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Industry experience is considered a strong asset.
