**Customer Service Representative (Precision)**

**Summary**:
ASL Distribution Services Limited is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative works with their customers and operations to ensure all account requests are completed on a timely manner with a high level of quality service standards. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager with PRECI5ION.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze client orders in a timely fashion;
- Utilize various company databases to access and document client information, ensure all interactions are accurately documented;
- Work closely with Hub Supervisors to resolve concerns and quantify areas of improvement;
- Timely response to client issues;
- Handle all inbound Hub paperwork;
- Search for POD’s;
- Daily confirmation of open orders;
- Uphold ASL processes;
- Build a spirit of cooperation and support with other departments;
- Other duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service is required (at least 1 year);
- Transportation exposure
- Dispatch experience considered an asset;
- Goal oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
- Understanding of all aspects of transportation
- Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot through problems/issues and perform tasks in a cohesive manner;
- Overtime may be required during peak times
- Detail oriented and excellent organization and planning skills;
- Post-Secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain
