**About Cambridge Manor**

Cambridge Manor is a state-of-the-art continuing care facility for seniors in the University District, owned and operated by The BSF.

The 217,000 square-foot site is home to 240 residents in Assisted Living and Long Term Care, including specialized Dementia Care. Cambridge Manor is connected by a +30 walkway to an Independent Living seniors condominium developed by Truman Homes. Together, Cambridge Manor and Maple create a thoughtfully-designed seniors’ care and living complex to support older adults to ‘age-in-place’ and stay in the community as their care and service needs change over time.

**Job overview**:
Cambridge Manor, a division of The Brenda Strafford Foundation, is looking for the next great addition to it's team The Receptionist performs a variety of clerical and receptionist/ secretarial duties associated with the daily operation of an effective business office.

Some of the primary responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to the lead Receptionists and departments as directed;
- Operate a multi-line switchboard and route all incoming telephone calls;
- Greet visitors, receive routine inquiries in person and by phone. Make appointments.
- Create and distribute mail and supplies; arrange and facilitate tours
- Demonstrate a professional image to residents/family members/peers and colleagues;
- Promote a positive work environment.

**Education**:

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required;
**Experience**:

- Possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills;
- Comprehensive MS Office computer skills;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand;
- Resourceful, possess a strong work ethic, and have good time-management skills;
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
