**Clean Culture** is an Ottawa/Gatineau-based company that provides cleaning services to Homes, Airbnb Rentals, and local businesses. We offer multiple types of cleaning services, such as deep cleaning, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning Management.

We are looking for employees with a team-oriented mindset that can work part-time on weekends, with the ability to expand to full-time after training.

We are looking for a responsible driver with a full G license who will be trained as a team leader that will be responsible for cleaning along with their team and ensuring you arrive at each location in a timely manner.

We are looking for individuals with an attention to detail who can maintain our Clean Culture Standards across the board. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary. **Starting wage is $18 per hour for Training, and 20$ an hour after training. Incentives and raises are offered based on performance after a minimum of 3 months.**
