Mini Mall Storage Properties (MMSP) is consolidating a fragmented storage industry. With a proprietary operation that combines state-of-the-art technology, an easy online reservation experience, and a vertically operating team of over 80 experts across operations, investments, marketing, IT, accounting, and HR, MMSP delivers a user-friendly and reliable storage experience to legacy-run storage facilities.
Established in 2020, MMSP has been successful in strategically acquiring pre-existing storage facilities throughout North America and making purposeful capital improvements along the way. We use state-of-the-art technology and tenant convenience to deliver affordable storage solutions equipped with unmatchable safety, security, and innovative technologies. Our team is proud to offer a healthy, diverse, and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box thinker to join us as a Copywriter. This role will work closely with MMSP’s Director of Marketing to build and execute on key marketing writing deliverables to ensure the company’s growth and success.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Produce, optimize, and edit content for communications channels including, but not limited to, web copy, blogs, social media (images, videos, brand acknowledgment, etc.), digital and traditional ads, e-communications (customer journeys, chatbot), collateral pieces, publications, and internal communications.
- Oversee all social media channels and other digital platforms.
- Create and distribute consistent MMSP messages to deliver a unique brand experience across all digital channels.
- Provide creative direction to Design Team for all images required for landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and other
- Assist in designing ads for online and traditional media.
- Write, edit, and support the design of blogs, press releases, executive presentations, training manuals, monthly newsletters, and other branded content.
- Stay current with changes in all social platforms and SEO to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Liaise with broader Marketing Team colleagues to effectively execute on content requirements, and aid Director of Marketing in the development of content strategies.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**

- 4+ years of end-to-end copywriting experience from ideation and outlining to execution.
- Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio that shows your experience in writing SEO content that is well-researched, creative, and engaging to read.
- SEO training or certification is considered a strong asset.
- B2C focused on an understanding of experiential marketing and omni-channel campaigns.
- Project management skills and proven ability to oversee various projects at the same time.
- Deep customer and competitor insight, especially understanding the value drivers critical to customer success and customer retention.
- Proven track record of developing compelling content that converts to new leads and opportunities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with flawless attention to detail
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud suite would be an asset.
