**Job Title**: Hot Tub Servicer

We are looking for 1 Hot Tub Servicer to add to our team as a permanent year-round employee. Housing accommodations are available for this position. Our primary objective is to provide the best service for our customers and to take care of all of their and their guests needs.

Our Hot Tub Servicers work on a tiered system as they learn everything there is to know about hot tubs. Hot Tub Servicers will also have shifts scheduled to work in our retail store to sell and showcase products and the ability to earn commission from those sales. After the Hot Tub Servicer demonstrates a fundamental understanding of their existing duties they will have the opportunity to progress to the next Tier. Hot Tub Servicers must have great communication skills, efficiency and a good work ethic to meet the expectations of our customers and become a key part of our business.

**Tiered Job Duties of a Hot Tub Servicer: (Each tier adds more job duties)**

**Tier 1 Water Care and Retail: $20 per hour + commission**
- Checking and adding chemicals to hot tubs
- Memorizing the locations of all hot tubs that we service
- Driving and walking to / from job sites
- Light snow shovelling (during winter season)
- Selling and showcasing products and services in our retail store (as needed)
- Completing any other tasks required in the day to day operation of our business

**Tier 2 Water Top-ups and issues: $22 per hour + commission**
- Topping up hot tubs
- Cleaning filters
- Re-programming hot tubs and identifying error codes
- Advanced water care techniques to restore water clarity

**Tier 3 Water Changes: $24 per hour + commission**
- Draining and refilling hot tubs
- Measuring and replacing filters
- Following water change procedure for each specific unit

**Tier 4 Hot Tub Repairs and diagnostics: $26 per hour + commission**
- Diagnosing and repairing hot tubs
- Delivery and installation of new hot tubs

To progress through tiers, employees must have proven performance and will have to demonstrate their understanding of their job duties with a written and practical examination.

Work shifts will generally be from 8:00AM and 4:00PM 5 days per week, as demand dictates.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proof of work eligibility in Canada
- BC Drivers License (Class 5) or equivalent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
