**Description**

We are searching for a full-time, permanent **Residential Leasing Agent** to join our team.

**Your Purpose**

As our Residential Leasing Agent, you will be the cornerstone of our leasing operations, supporting the Property Manager to ensure seamless leasing and renewals of our multi-family apartment building. This role provides exemplary customer service to our clientele.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Your day will consist of fielding leasing inquiries, drafting rental agreements, handling lease renewals, and conducting unit showings to prospective tenants. You will play a lead role in managing service requests from tenants and provide extraordinary customer service to our clientele. In addition, this role provides various administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and is a support to staff on various software platforms.

**How You’ll Succeed**

You have exceptional customer service skills and communicate clearly with others in a wide array of situations. You are highly organized and able to keep track of multiple moving parts while maintaining strong attention to detail. You understand the move in process of tenants and issues that may arise post move in. You take initiative in identifying problems before they happen and find solutions that maintain client satisfaction as top priority.

**What You’ll Need**
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a residential leasing role
- Experience working in the construction management industry an asset
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and Yardi Breeze
- Extensive customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
