**Key position functions include**:

- Guides the Field Service and Aftermarket teams to ensure the Field Service Management (FSM) system is aligned with business requirements.
- Responsible for FSM solution, including FieldFX, Boomi and SAP integration
- Conducts workshops for defining business requirements
- Reviews the business requirements with Field Service and Aftermarket teams
- Defines and documents the business system requirements including interfaces between FieldFX, Boomi and SAP
- Evaluates and implements requests for new functionality within FieldFX
- Leads bug fixing and the implementation of new FieldFX functionality, including business process alignment, configuration, and development of ‘out of the box’ solutions, testing, post go-live support
- Works on support tickets related to FieldFX
- Identifies and recommends actions to streamline system processes, eliminate redundant or outdated procedures and processes
- Creates and maintains system process documentation, and test scripts
- Defines the architecture and builds the solution based on documented needs, or determines if outside resources will be required to complete the project
- Scopes and estimates the engagement of required resources
- Identifies, assesses, documents, and communicates risks
- Provides direction and guidance on integration points
- Provides knowledge transfer to the business personnel
- Maintains user security in FieldFX
- Provides data governance and data validation for the FieldFX system
- FX Mobile Pro sync error processing
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for FSM
- Move configuration between sandbox and production environments
- FieldFX system administration
- Identifies cost effective ways to improve the processes
- Works with third party vendors as required

**Provides all levels of system support**
- Technical experience with SalesForce
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent
- Experience with data analysis and integration
- Experience with ERP system implementation
- Superior written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong ability to think logically
- Strong presentation skills including building decks (PowerPoint)
- Experience with LiquidFrameworks FieldFX and/or Dell Boomi
