Lacoste Garden Centre is looking for new members of our front line team. We need outgoing high energy individuals with a passion for giving great service. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast passed environment but can also be self motivated while working independently. Some with strong computer skills and experience handling large sums of money is an asset. We want someone who enjoys working in a team to achieve a common goal.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 1 year cash handling experience
- 1 year customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization skills with attention to detail

**Job Summary**

The store associate will help to facilitate a great customer experience for our clients. They will assist clients in locating their desired product and answering all questions related to it. They will need to keep the store stocked and clean for all customers to ensure this experience. They will assist in the pricing and merchandising of products. They will process payment and transactions in a smooth and efficient manner for all clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processing transactions and taking multiple forms of payment
- Operating our POS systems
- Cleaning, merchandising and stocking store shelves with merchandise
- Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness standards in the store
- Communicating with clients and evaluating their needs and specifications
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
