Account Manager, Customer Success

**ABOUT THE ROLE**: As an** Account Manager**, you'll be the primary point of contact for our most valued players. You will be delivering a high-touch, seamless experience that feels thoughtful at every step. This role isn't about sales quotas, it is about building trust, deepening relationships, and championing customer needs in a fast-paced, digital environment. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value users, proactively addressing their needs, resolving issues, and acting as their internal advocate across teams. Your work will directly impact retention, engagement, and loyalty. Success in this role means consistently exceeding expectations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey, streamline support, and raise the bar for what exceptional service looks like at **Jackpot**. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - Strategically service a portfolio of approx. 150 high valued players. - Confidently handle high level escalations and diffuse heated situations. - Build strong relationships with clients to help increase brand loyalty. - Take responsibility for increasing your product and brand knowledge. Proactively communicate new features to the relevant players in your portfolio, act on opportunities to educate customers on features and products to increase value. - Be the bridge between the customer and various operational teams, supporting Jackpot in adhering to its compliance obligations. - Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the headlines, KPIs, and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio. **YOU IDEALLY HAVE**: - 2-4 years of B2C Relationship Management Experience (preferred) - Self motivated with the willingness to build a function from the ground up, and the ability to work in a fast, high-growth environment. - Proven success in managing a high-volume, high value customer portfolio. - Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and use data to drive decisions. - Experience working with CRM tools and support platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) - Resilience, empathy, and ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. **ABOUT YOU**: - You enjoy working with others, especially cross-functionally, but are also known to be incredibly autonomous when it comes to your work output. - You are not bothered by competing tasks or priorities. You know how to structure your time and work while managing team member expectations to prioritize projects effectively. - You have grit, tenacity, and what people describe to be a "get it done" mentality. You don't believe any task is too big or too small for you. - You are not bothered by change or shifting priorities.
