**Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project execution and adapt to changing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and any issues that arise.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project for project tracking and visualization of workflows.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Project Management within land development background
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management frameworks.
- Exceptional Microsoft xl
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to project management.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
