**About the Role**

You’ll be the frontline voice of DealTrack to our users—answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping brokerages, agents, and legal teams get the most out of our platform. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for users and help shape the future of our tools.

**What You’ll Do**
- Troubleshoot platform issues with a keen eye for technical details and user workflows
- Maintain and update help center content, FAQs, and internal documentation
- Assist with onboarding new brokerages and users, including data setup and platform walkthroughs
- Escalate technical issues and feature requests to the product and engineering teams via Jira
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure a smooth user journey
- Help improve internal support systems and processes to scale our growing user base
- Monitor, log, and analyze support trends to identify pain points and opportunities
- Contribute to user education initiatives such as webinars, training sessions, or video demos

**What You Bring**
- **3+ years experience as a Real Estate Deals Administrator**, Transaction Coordinator, or Brokerage Admin
- (You’ve worked with lawyers, lenders, and agents—and understand deal timelines, compliance, and coordination.)_
- Strong **customer service and communication skills**—you’re patient, friendly, and clear under pressure
- Excellent **technical troubleshooting abilities**—you’re comfortable learning software inside and out
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficient with tools like **Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Workspace**, and project tracking software is a plus
- Bonus points for experience with **Jira**, CRM platforms, or knowledge base tools
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Passionate about improving processes and delivering a world-class user experience
