**Role description**:Our office in Vancouver is looking for a **recent graduate** to join our Living+ Team. In this role, you will be a part of the design team for a very well-established Architecture group. This position would start **right away** and last **4-8 months** depending on availability.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member(s) or a partner
- Work on various stages of current High-rise / Mid-rise Residential or living + & mixed-use projects
- Assist with putting together presentations materials for Clients
- Assist with the preparation of Construction Drawings, Working Drawings, Coordination, Construction Detailing
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Experience working on Schematic, Design Working Drawing and Construction drawing sets is ideal.
- Knowledge of REVIT within a workplace setting.
- Knowledge of various drawing software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
- May participate in site visits to the various locations to document and verify measurements
- Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment and have effective time-management skills a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $20-28/hour. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
