WITH Hospitality is looking for an experienced **Floor Manager** to lead its three airport restaurants.

**LOCATION**: YUL Montreal Trudeau Airport
**SCHEDULE**: Full-time
**SALARY**: starting $60,000

**DESCRIPTION**
- Manage and oversee front of house operations of the restaurant, making final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Manage staff, providing them with feedback, maintain a high level of employee morale
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Recruit, train, motivate front of house staff
- Oversee scheduling while respecting labour cost objectives set by the company
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine
- Complete daily briefs and shift end reports

**QUALIFICATION**
- Min 2years experience in a high volume, fast-paced managerial position
- Knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality, restauration and/or management
- Must be Bilingual (French & English)
- Organizational skills and a team player attitude

*WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable an asset
*A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
