**Propak Systems Ltd.**, an established leader in engineering, fabrication and construction of gas compression, processing and Heavy Oil facilities, is currently seeking a **Truck Driver**. This is a **night shift position on Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 4:00 pm - 12:00 am or 5:00 pm - 3:00 am.**

The **Truck Driver** is responsible for internal logistics, including the pickup and return of material to and from our local vendors, as well as necessary transfers between different Propak locations within Airdrie. This role will include performing other tasks within the 404 Yard as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Level 1
- Complete daily material transfers between the separate Propak locations as required by the 404 Yard
- Operate equipment at any of the Propak locations based on work load and requirements
- Ensure all internal BOL’s are delivered, signed for and accurately completed
- Work closely with Administrative staff to ensure transfers and completed in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by the Coordinator
- Independence / Supervision Received: Introductory
- Load, haul, and deliver materials such as pipe and heavy equipment
- Maintain a legal driver's logbook Geo tab

Level 2
- Complete daily log book and vehicle inspection checklists for the city vehicles as required by law and Propak policy
- Train the Level 1 Truck Driver for coverage and succession planning purposes
- Independence / Supervision Received: General Supervision

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Oilfield and related receiving experience is preferred.
- Have a valid Alberta Class 1 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience loading, hauling and unloading a variety of heavy equipment (for example Complete assemble package, structure skids spools and pipes
- Be well versed in load securement points and requirements based on approximately weight, blocking and rigging, and chaining.
- Experience hauling oversized loads on 24 wheel trailer
- Be able to work safely and efficiently so that equipment is moved in a timely manner
- Preferring applicant to have Alberta journeyman or mobile crane experience
- Basic knowledge of materials used in the construction of oil and gas plants is an asset.
- Experience with the use and maintenance of basic hand and power tools is an asset.
- Maintenance of tools and equipment.
