**Broker Success Manager (Inside Sales Specialist)**
Region: Calgary
Salary Range: $65,000 base + commission/bonus

Join our Growing Residential Business Development Team at CMLS Financial CMLS Financial is expanding, and we’re seeking a driven inside sales professional with a focus on mortgage brokers to join our successful national sales team in Western Canada. As a Broker Success Manager (Inside Sales Specialist), your primary responsibility will be originating residential mortgages through the broker channel. You’ll foster and grow new relationships while stewarding existing CMLS broker mortgage originators, identifying opportunities to enhance new relationships while expanding existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture strong, mutually beneficial referral relationships with select mortgage brokers in your region.
- Deliver exceptional sales support and training on products and lending guidelines to business partners.
- Collaborate with underwriters to resolve issues and maintain seamless communication with business partners.
- Represent CMLS Financial at key industry events, enhancing the company’s reputation, as required.
- Success in this role will be measured by funded volumes, broker efficiencies, and survey results.

- You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Are dedicated to providing exceptional training and customer service.
- Have a strong foundation in the mortgage brokerage industry.
- Understand residential mortgage credit adjudication.
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
- Have experience in mortgage underwriting or document fulfillment (an asset).
- Hold (or are willing to obtain within 6 months) a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing (considered a plus).
