**Job Title: Bilingual Clinical Coordinator** **Date: June 04, 2025** **Location: Montreal, QC** **Remote: Yes** **Business Unit: Health** **Department: Pharma Patient Support** **Calian Patient Support Programs** is looking for a full-time **Bilingual Clinical Coordinator**for one our our pharmaceutical client located in **Montreal, QC** The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator (CC) assists patients with a specific medication prescribed by their physician. The CC assists patients by organizing and scheduling services offered by the patient support program, while always ensuring a high quality of customer service. **Accountabilities**: - Perform an in-depth review of multiple data files from External Service Providers for select Patient Support Programs (PSP); - Identify possible Adverse Events (AEs) within data files; - Prepare an AE Report corresponding to every identified AE; - Review quality of report with great attention to detail and submit the AE reports to local DS&E; - Reconcile case number provided by DS&E; - Track all AE reports with corresponding case number for quarterly AE reconciliation by PSP; - Continuously ensure compliance with global and local procedures, national and international regulations, standards and guidelines for all pharmacovigilance of our products; - Support ongoing projects within Health Management team; - Fulfil other duties as required. **Competencies**: - Ability to work in cross-functional team - Computer skills (Word/Excel); - Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of customers (patients, HCPs, caregivers); - Ability to respond diplomatically and professional to internal/external clients; - Discretion, maturity, flexibility and sound judgement; - Ability to manage deadlines; - Flexibility **Qualifications**: - College degree or equivalent. - Intermediate English and French bilingualism; written and oral. - Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience. - Minimum 1 year of PSP experience. **Working Conditions and / or Job Requirements**: - Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions - Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds - Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen - Must be able to travel up to 10% of time, including weekend or overnight, and to work extended hours to support operations requirements.
