This role will be responsible for:

- Daily inspection of each location including overall lot/ property maintenance
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Seasonal tasks include lot snow removal and fall leaf clean up.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Perform daily safety inspections CVOR for flatbed truck
- Ad Hoc supporting the parts team to assist with parts deliveries/pickup as and when needed.

**Physical requirements**
- Be able to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience with general maintenance duties, minor electrical, minor plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, patching, minor air line repairs.
- Forklift license
- Ability to operate snow plow
- Able to operate Skid steer
- Familiar with trailer towing
- Scissor lift training (skyjack)
