**Salary**: The salary range for this position is CAD $34.67/Hr. - CAD $49.83/Hr.
**Summary**: Within the context of a client and family centred model of care and, in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of Providence Health Care, the person promotes a safe, respectful, and civil working environment for patients, residents, families, visitors and staff.
Reporting to the Leader, Services Implementation and Integration, the Services Coordinator is responsible for providing project support, navigation, and acting as a liason between Foundry Central Office (FCO) and Foundry Centres within the network. The Services Coordinator will provide extensive coordination and engagement support to the Regional Manager of Service Implementation and Integration. The Services Coordinator will engage with a wide range of internal and external partners on how to ensure the Centres are meaningfully connected with FCO. This includes working with all levels of staff to facilitate engagement across multiple departments, thereby ensuring that the needs of community members, knowledgeholders, and Center Managers are prioritized within FCO education/training, research development and strategic planning activities. The position will also ensure FCO is better able to deliver on its mandate to transform access to services for young people ages 12-24 in BC.
**What You Bring**: Education, Training and Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Public Health, Public Policy or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
? Three (3) to five (5) years of recent, related experience in project management, community capacity-building and facilitating and managing consultation and engagement processes with a wide range of community, knowledgeholder, and rightsholder groups.
? Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery-related issues - including acceptance of harm reduction and abstinence-oriented approaches.
? Knowledge and/or experience working in public health, community development, substance use and addiction, and health services.
? Experience working with Indigenous communities. Understanding of the direct, intergenerational, socio-economic, and health impacts of colonialism on Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

? Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including relationship-building, negotiation, tactful and diplomatic communication skills, conflict management, and consensus-building.
? Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required and in collaboration within a group and across groups.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to anticipate obstacles, use logic to make conclusions and develop an appropriate course of action. Ability to respond to problems with tact and sensitivity while respecting confidentiality as required.

**What We Offer**: 1. Coordinates and manages logistics in the planning, implementation, and successful completion of relevant projects. Tasks include assisting in work plan development, management of partnerships (internal and external), communications and meetings, monitoring of timelines and budget, production of deliverables, knowledge translation, and the sharing of relevant data to centres.
2. Builds productive relationships with Foundry Centres alongside the Regional Manager, Implementation and Integration to help support the partnership of a wide range of provincial partners, regional health authorities, provincial government officials, academic partners, Indigenous community groups and partners, care providers, and the philanthropic community.
3. Works collaboratively and respectfully with community members, knowledgeholders, and rightsholders to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of a province-wide Foundry strategy that addresses the needs and goals of the Lead Agency’s community.
4. Assists in the planning and engagement of a number of community members, knowledgeholders, and rightsholders in strategic planning, and other centre-wide activities.
