**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects or issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and operate various manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- mechanical engineering degree or related degree
- min of 2 years experience in manufacturing
- must be felxible to work - day/afternoon/ midnight shift
