Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards while working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

Duties

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects or issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and operate various manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Requirements

  • mechanical engineering degree or related degree
  • min of 2 years experience in manufacturing
  • must be felxible to work - day/afternoon/ midnight shift
