Position: Part-time Inventory Ordering and Stock Allocation Specialist.

Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

**Job Description**:
As a Part-time Inventory Ordering and Stock Allocation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory levels and ensuring the efficient allocation of stock.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Placing orders for new inventory based on demand forecasts and stock levels
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Allocating stock to fulfill orders and meet customer demand
- Coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolving any discrepancies
- Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
