**Job purpose**

HR Business Partner supports the effective implementation of human resource policies and various employee-related matters. The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Communicate with employees, departmental supervisors, and management on HR related inquiries.
- Assist supervisors and managers in the performance review processes.
- Assist and handle employee complaints and incidents, including conflict resolution, accidents, health and safety concerns, work refusals, and investigations.
- Conduct effective and objective investigations.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with respective departments as and when required to analyze the workplace environment.
- Consult with the management team, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in coordination with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Promote a positive company culture by facilitating two-way feedback and communication between employees and management.
- Actively identifies gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Conduct and facilitate disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate the activities of HR Representatives for the purpose of ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
- Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
- Weekly check ins with all shifts and locations
- Responsible for training of associates on processes.
- Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
- Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
- Oversee team of HR reps to ensure daily duties and tasks are being completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Weekly check ins with all shifts and locations
- Issue disciplinary action when needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Good understanding knowledge of human resources principles, best practices and applicable HR legislation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Working conditions**
- Always work indoors.
- Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.
