**Your Day with Equisoft**:
**HR Support & Advice**
- Act as ambassador of Equisoft’s employer brand by actively building and supporting the employee experience
- Promote the values and culture of our organization
- Maintain good knowledge of legal standards and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws
- Support HR Business Partners in the execution of human resources operational tasks
- Intervene directly with managers by providing advice on performance management, career development, training and development, onboarding processes, retention, employee experience and offboarding management
- Analyze the organizational structure of your group and provide recommendations to make proactive improvements
- Act as a liaison between the various HR team members to ensure that HR services are provided and needs of internal clients are met in a timely fashion
- Participate in various committees and event planning
- Development and HR projects
- Participate in the continuous improvement of human resource practices and tools in collaboration with the HR team
- Participate in global projects and new initiatives to support HR objectives aligned with the business goals
- Stay informed regarding trends in human resources management, labour law and the labour market to develop global solutions, programs and policies

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as Human Resources Advisor
- Excellent working proficiency of French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Office
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Nice to haves**
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation
- Experience in the IT environment, ideally software development, and in an international context
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industries
- Knowledge of US Labor Laws
