Job Overview:
Position: Temporary full-time (1 year)
Salary: 29,08$ to 49,80$ per hour according to experience
We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to fill a temporary full-time position for one year, as part of a dynamic and experienced human resources management team.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor acts as a generalist, advising managers on all human resources management issues. He also acts as the department's expert on external staffing, contribution assessment, the human resources development plan, recognition and the strategic workforce plan. In this capacity, he acts as process “owner”, monitors trends and practices, and supports his colleagues in his areas of expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborates in the design and development of programs and tools related to human resources management best practices in organizational development (e.g. succession plan, performance management program, etc.),
- Participates in the development of the employer brand and the implementation of an attraction strategy,
- Revises and implements the employee contribution appreciation program,
- In collaboration with managers, analyzes the training needs of individuals and teams,
- Participates in the development and implementation of a Human Resources Development Plan (“PDRH”),
- Plans, implements and documents training and skills development activities,
- Ensures the production and analysis of various workforce-related statistics,
- Participates in workforce planning activities,
- Collaborates in the creation and implementation of the strategic workforce action plan.
- Participates and implements different projects (iCIMS, WorkDay, etc.)
Qualifications:
**Academic qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in human resources or any other combination of experience and training deemed equivalent,
- Member of the Ordre professionnel CRHA, an asset.
**Experience**
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in human resources management, including a minimum of two (2) in skills development and training management,
- Experience in a unionized environment, an asset,
- Experience in a healthcare environment, an asset,
- Demonstrated experience in change management and project management.
**Key skills expected**
