**Now Hiring: Evening Janitorial Lead Hand (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Kings County, Nova Scotia
**Schedule**: 5 days/week - Overnight shift
**Wage**: $18-$20 per hour
**Status**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee nightly janitorial operations and support team members
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and waste removal
- Operate janitorial equipment (auto scrubber and burnisher experience is an asset)
- Communicate effectively and professionally with management and staff
- Ensure safety procedures and cleaning standards are consistently met

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of janitorial or related experience
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Reside in **Kings County, Nova Scotia**:

- Must be **18 years of age or older**:

- Ability to pass a **criminal background check** and **federal security clearance**:

- WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working cell phone (technology literacy is important)
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Steel-toe footwear (asset)
- First Aid certification (asset)
- Management or supervisory experience (asset)
- Must live in Kings County, NS

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **$18-$20 per hour**, depending on experience

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
