**Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Production Superviso**r to oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and directing personnel to achieve production goals for our fruit/vegetable plants. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of production processes, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment with quality, & health and safety a priority.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily activities on production teams ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor product quality ensuring it meets/exceeds specifications
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel and materials to meet production goals
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment by adhering to safety procedures and policies
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
**Qualifications**
This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to oversee others and meet production goals
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Understanding of production processes, machinery and quality control procedures
- Mechanical skills an asset
- Computer literacy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
