South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic providing services in South Vancouver. Our team consists of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals (Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists and Kinesiologists).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Participate in daily administrative operations of clinic: Assist with day-to-day clinic needs such as providing customer service to patients, assisting with general administrative duties, scheduling patient appointments and preparing treatment rooms
- Interacting with clients and fielding patient inquiries
- Accepting payments and submitting insurance coverage
- Scanning and filing confidential documentation
- Preparation of necessary paperwork
- Corresponding with third-party insurers with regards to treatment coverage
- Treatment room/equipment cleaning and preparation
- Inventory checks/restocking
- Other various jobs to help the clinic run smoothly
- Be willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional overtime if required
- Willing to work in a busy and sometimes stressful environment, while attending to the many competing interests of patients, staff and clinicians.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills/attributes:

- Customer-service oriented
- Responsible and keen to ensure that all duties are executed well
- High attention to detail
- Above-average computer skills (typing speed of minimum 50 wpm)
- Organized and trustworthy (able to handle cash and confidential information)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with mínimal supervision
- Ability to exercise accuracy, confidentiality, tact, and discretion
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Office, EMR software experience an asset)
- Efficient with strong time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both verbal (written, phone, and in-person)
- Strong customer service skills (working with difficult clients including conflict resolution)
- Strong task prioritization and organizational skills

Experience required:

- Experience with Medical or booking software (Jane preferred)
- Customer service.
- Previous receptionist experience and/or sales experience.
- Proficient with technology/computers as well as Google drive and Microsoft Office.

Note:

- Preference will be given to individuals who are looking for longer-term employment and live close by.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: approx $17-18.00 per hour
