TSF - The Stone Fabricator (your Granite and Quartz CNC partner), is a Business to Business (B2B) corporation, with a 15,000 sq ft facility located in Ottawa (ON), which specializes in providing raw material (stone slabs), templating, custom fabrication and installation of Kitchen countertops, Vanity tops, Fireplace and Bath surrounds, as well as any other project using stone surfaces.

We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full time Granite/Quartz Surface Installer.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Installing granite and quartz countertops, as well as other projects requiring stone surfaces at residential and commercial sites.
- Adjusting countertops and making seams when required.
- Polishing, adjusting length, finishing cuts, etc., on site, when required
- Ensuring installations follow specifications and relevant paperwork is complete and consistent with internal company procedures.
- Loading and unloading stone surfaces, accessories, supplies and equipment, to and from trucks.
- Complying with health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining installation trucks clean and organized, in order to give the best possible impression to our customers and partners
- Assisting the customer service / scheduling team with logístical planning.
- Providing assistance with complex customer service situations, working with the sales / customer service / fabrication team to find effective solutions.
- Supporting production staff with other tasks / customer service duties, when required

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a lead installer of granite/quartz countertops.
- Experience in all phases of fabrication and installation of stone projects.
- Holding a valid G class driver’s license.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Strong work ethic.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Professionalism in manner and appearance.
