XO Stone Surfaces Ltd is a fast-growing company and we are seeking a strong Administrative Assistant to join and support our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate (Templating and installation) and maintain calendars of upcoming and ongoing projects
- Create and maintain filing systems, records of both electronic and physical for all projects
- Maintain contact lists
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintain inventory supply by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Provide front desk coverage, greeting guests who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment

Other Operations & Administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of Stone and Granite would be an asset.

Three years of related operations/service experience.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to work in a team environment.

Strong computer skills.
