We have a fantastic career opportunity at Westwood Hills Animal Hospital We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Care Specialist to join our hospital. We are a fast-paced clinic with a large client base and a fantastic team. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a challenging yet supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Care Specialist
- Communicate with clients
- Billing and relaying information to clients.
- Ability to work with office equipment and ability to use multiple types of software programs, social media, phone, fax etc.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Maintain and update client records in our practice management software.
- Assist with patient care, when needed.
- Help in maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital.
- Other duties, as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Be comfortable handling animals.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to learn medical terminology.
- Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm.
- Have a good sense of judgment.
- Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision.
- Be able to prioritize your workload.
- Be flexible to work some evenings/weekends.
- Have the ability to work as a team or independently.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
