We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleanliness.
  • Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

  • Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus, including knowledge of basic repair techniques.
